Elbow Joint Disorders Special Collection

This collection comprises a series of seven papers focusing primarily on soft-tissue injuries of the elbow, from clinical diagnosis to the most novel treatments. We are indebted to all the prestigious, international authors who have contributed their knowledge, experience and precious time – without them this project would not have been possible.

At a time when interest in the elbow is growing rapidly, we are glad that EFORT Open Reviews is behind this initiative. We would like to acknowledge Prof. Mehmet Demirhan, who had the idea of transferring some of the curricula of the International Advanced Course on Elbow Surgery held every two years in Madrid on to paper, and Prof. Pierre Hoffmeyer, the Editor-in-Chief of EFORT Open Reviews, for supporting this project. We hope this special collection will bring the orthopaedic surgeon closer to our elbows.
